Continous Quality Management Plan

All Drug/Medi-cal and non-Medi-Cal client charts will be tracked and reviewed on a monthly basis by the senior case manager and program director to ensure that they meet Title 22 regulations, a standard check off list will be utilized to determine that no important or time sensitive materials are overlooked. In the event that a client chart is inappropriate or missing crucial information, it will be sent back to the case manager responsible for corrective action, along with an explanation of the correct way in which the file needs to be documented. All case managers as well as counselors will receive eight (8) hours of training per fiscal year to be given by the clinical director, with Title 22 being the tool utilized.
